After a bad experience at my local Manuel Hyundai, I chose Vandergriff for a couple of service visits. Time to repair and cost estimates were accurate and her charming character makes car service a downright enjoyable experience. Especially liked the Hyundai Channel they have in the waiting area. No commercials or annoying programs and it made the time seem to pass quickly. I'll be back for any service needs and I strongly recommend Vandergriff Hyundai. More
My wife and I purchased a 2012 Genesis January 21, 2013. Jonathan Clayton and Ben Defibaugh both assisted in the selection of the Genesis. The purchase paperwork, though tedious was completed in a low pressure fashion. All finance options, and warranty options were completly explained. We were offered attactive finance opportunities. When we came back to the service departement for help with our iPhone/car blue tooth connection, the service department technician worked with us to quickly answer the question. We left the car with Amy Kemp to have a second smart key fob rogramed. The work was finished quickly. Our experience with buying the Genesis was equal to our 2008 purchase of a new Santa Fe frm the same dealer but entirely different personnel. I will recommed to people that a Hyundai is to be considered and the sales and service departments are excellent. More

Bernardo was very helpful and patient throughout my entire car buying experience. He knew all of the Hyundai features, inside and out, and was able to answer any question I had. I brought my 2012 Hyundai Tucson Limited in for an oil change and a nitrogen fill-tire rotation on January 4, 2013. Ms. Amy Kemp was very professional, kind, courteous,and very knowledgeable concerning several issues and questions I had concerning my vehicle. Her customer service and communication skills are excellent, and she made sure everything I asked for was handled promptly! I have just retired after 22 years as Head Service Rep in the large trunks,T-1, and point to point circuit business office for AT&T, and customer service and dependability were drilled into me, and I know how to spot it a mile off! One more thing~ after my girlfirend Terri & I left the dealership to run some errands while the car was being serviced, I accidentally locked the keys in her truck accross the street at Costco gas station, and I called Amy, and she immediately sent Mr. Thomas Crysler to the rescue with the extra key to our truck that was on my keyring at the dealership! Thank you so much Amy and Thomas for caring, and making teamwork happen! I'll be back, and I'll also send you all the business I can. GIVE THIS YOUNG LADY A RAISE! My name is Delores, and on October 18, 2012 life happened and my car was totaled. In November 2012, I was checking newspaper ads, on-line internet searching and car dealerships to replace my wrecked 2009 Kia and my car was totaled. In November 2012, I was checking newspaper ads, on-line internet searching and car dealerships to replace my wrecked 2009 Kia Spectra. Arlington Texas has a lot of dealerships along the I-20 service road and I visited almost all of them. One day about the middle of November I decided to walk into the show room of VANDERGRIFT HYUNDAI and was approached by a pleasant lady name Wonda Ashley. I first noticed Wonda outside the building and assumed she was a customer awaiting car service. So when she introduced herself to me on the show room floor, I was surprised and appreciated her being someone that could relate to me. My past guy car dealer person, experience, tends to think he knows what’s best for women ….and that’s not always true, when it comes to a car! I’m not knocking all men…. just the ones that can’t stay in their lanes. Wonda showed me a few cars on a couple of VANDERGRIFT lots and nothing there was what I had in mind of owning. She was disappointed, recorded my contact information and gave me her card. Wonda assured me that she would call me if she finds a car that had everything I wanted if not more. I drove away to continue my search at different dealership with still no luck and decided to give it a break. Then, a few days later November 21, 2012 I checked my voice mail and discovered a message left by Ms Wonda Ashley, wanting me to come by to look at this 2009 Honda they received as a trade. Well, I was having a bad hair day and decided because I was in the area I would drive by and just look at the 2009 Honda from a distance but, when I saw the car I forgot about my bad hair do. Next thing I knew we were test driving and signing paperwork. Wonda was showing me all the bells and whistles on the car; explain warrantees, down payment, finance department would check rating and credit scores and what was available, and what the next steps would be if I wanted the car. Wow!!! I was so excited; I really wanted that car for myself but, sent (text) pictures so my daughter could see it too. When my daughter saw the texted pictures of the 2009 Honda she wanted it, purchased it and drove it home Saturday November 24, 2012. It was our Thanksgiving Blessing. After the sale of the 2009 Honda, she followed up with a friendly appreciation letter. I have challenged Ms Wonda Ashley with a new task of finding me a truck and this time….nobody gets text pictures until I get My truck home….. in My driveway. I have told my friends and family about Ms Wonda Ashley at VANDERGRIFT HYUNDAI in Arlington Texas on the I-20 service road. Stay tuned for my truck reviews…….
