Sorry for the incovenience in making a service appointment. For future reference, the receptionist that answers the phone can make you a service appointment. You do not have to ask for service, you just have to say you want to make a service appointment. Also, you can download the mobile app for free (Vandergriff Hyundai) and make appointments on there. I have gone back to their Facebook page and found that my most recent post about "I don't know what's more disturbing..." was not actually deleted, but now it only appears when Iiltered by "posts by others". My original post as well as at least 3 others that were posted since then are still missing, so I can only assume they have been deleted, although if you filter by "posts by others" rather than "highlights", there are two negative posts (by one person) that remain on their page. Posting/commenting/private messaging still appear to be disabled. I stand by my original rating, but I wanted to clarify and correct the errors I made in my review. Although I thought I was posting correct information based on what I saw, I have since discovered that I had made a mistake, and my integrity demands that I must make it right.
