So I decided that if I couldn't trust their service department I didn't want to deal with them. Even though my son deals with them I stopped by your dealership. Online prices are higher once you get to the dealership The finance department person was deceptive. They will tell you, you do not qualify for the discounts they listed. So, be aware of the online prices, they will be higher when you get to the dealership. More

I would also like to mention the area that typically displeases me the most, the last step, visiting finance. Our experiences at this level have almost always been real bad. Hector Garnica changed this. He only offered us programs that fit our needs since we were leasing. He was low key and never was there a moment of pressure or "trying" to sell us something. Just presenting the options in a very professional and courteous way. We also had a similar positive experience with Thomas Carter in March. Thanks again, Vandergriff Hyundai. I had the BEST Sales Person of all times in buying New cars I had a horrible experience with a prior Dealership , just 24'hour's prior to Meeting Mr.Lou Margetis, our sales consultant @'Vandergriff. I will admit, I was frustrated and a bit furious from the experiences I had just encountered with the dealership we visited the prior evening to meeting Lou. Unfortunately, we walked out on the deal, went home and the following morning, I prayed to My Father (GOD) to lead my Daughter and I to a Dealer Ship with A Consultant, who would love to have our business!! I then open the Yellow Page's, found Vandergriff Hyundai....called, explained my issue.......was told to come in and ask for Lou, once I arrived. I have to say, we were greeted like our business was important to them,.....AND..... all the consultant's took a second, and spoke in our passing (something the other dealer ship consultant's seemed too focus on not doing)!!!!.....never the less..... Mr. Margetis, was EXCEPTIONAL in handling the car buying experience for my Daughter, this was Her first time buying a car in Her own name and asset's!! He explained every detail in the test drive just as thoroughly as He explained the contract and the agreement's in excepting the offer and how Finance would complete our transaction to my Daughter. Today, I'm grateful My daughter experienced, both side's to buying a automobile, She also agrees, having a GREAT sales consultant like Mr. Lou Margetis, made not only for a great buying experience..... but also made enjoying Her new Car more enjoyable!! I also sent my Daughter in Law to Lou the following week, and She too was Happy with Her automobile buying experience with Lou!! She also Loves Her New Car!!
