She was a joy to meet , from the time I met her she was very professional, welcoming and trustworthy. I immediately knew that she had the customers best interest at heart. She worked very hard to stay within my budget and she made sure that I got the car I wanted. When you have a salesman that is willing to come in on their day off and make sure that you get the best service and deal possible that deserves 100 stars. She has renewed my faith and trust in the car buying experience. Many car salesman should take a few pages from Ms. Larry's book. she set the tone for how a car buying experience should be. I cannot count the number of times that someone there has told me " I assure you I don't do things like that" and the classic "if I thought they did things like that here I would walk right out" and then does something just as sleazy. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!! It does not cover anything and they will change over $40 dollars shop fee for the oil change they say will be covered. More
