He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and he followed up with me on a daily basis while I dealt with car insurance claims & the lengthy bank process to get a loan. Recent Purchase Was Fantastic Soon after beginning our search for a pre-owned vehicle for my wife, we wandered into this dealership. We were curious about a pre-owned Hyundai Sant Soon after beginning our search for a pre-owned vehicle for my wife, we wandered into this dealership. We were curious about a pre-owned Hyundai Santa Fe but knew very little. Quite honestly, we were more interested in other car manufacturers but thought we'd give Hyundai a fair shot. We found a late model Santa Fe with a third row and were impressed from the first time we opened the door. The fit and finish really surprised us. Out walks Lou Margetis to assist us by answering some questions. It was obvious that Lou was our guy. Trusted him from the beginning. Drove the car around and continued to have our eyes opened. Great car. I'm sure we'll like the others better though. Surely, right? Over the next few days my wife and I kept talking about the Santa Fe. We drove similar sized vehicles and we kept comparing them with the Santa Fe. To our great surprise, nothing came close. The car that we started with had become our standard. Our sales guy, Lou, had also become our standard. Time to go back and see if the car was there. If it was, it was meant to be. If it wasn't, we'll see what happens. On a Friday night we sat down with Lou and began the process of buying a new-to-us car. My wife took our girls to basketball practice while I settled in to buy. As a surprise to her, Lou and I came to an agreement and the deal was done. The absolute best part was surprising my wife and girls with their new car. The guys detailed it and Lou drove it around with a bow on the hood. Incredibly special moment in our lives! I can't recommend this place enough. They took what is usually an anxiety-filled process and made it easy. We're excited to drive our car around and look forward to years of enjoyment. More

This is a very friendly dealership and we have no regrets. We visited Allen Samuels Hyundai as well and just didn't get a good vibe from them. And it bothered me that the internet contact did not immediately connect us with a salesperson (which other dealerships do). I feel like they didn't take us seriously, overall. But the salesperson we eventually had was a good guy. He just wasn't Jorge. As for the Finance experience, Thomas is a very warm and friendly person who greeted us by saying "Welcome to the family". Everyone else I've selected as working with are people who were on hand to answer our questions and address our concerns, leading to the sales and adding to our positive experience. More
