Over the Top Experience! Though I had done my homework prior to arriving at the dealership, I didn't know what to expect since it had been 7 years since my last car purchase. Though I had done my homework prior to arriving at the dealership, I didn't know what to expect since it had been 7 years since my last car purchase. I must say, that dealing with my Salesperson, Darius Carter, and later his brother, my Credit Manager, Thomas Carter, was a very positive experience! The process was upbeat and educational, not pushy and "sales-e". Darius took me on a tour of the facility introducing me to the people I would later deal with in the Service Department.The atmosphere at the dealership was like they were hosting a party and the customers were the guests. As I looked around, most of the staff was young and enthusiastic, happy to be there. I highly recommend Vandergriff Hyundai for their customer focus and great cars! When you go, ask for Darius Carter. He'll greet you with a broad smile and a firm handshake! More

Horrible Experience Worst attempted car buying process I have ever been through. Was held like a hostage while my vehicle was being appraised while they were trying to co Worst attempted car buying process I have ever been through. Was held like a hostage while my vehicle was being appraised while they were trying to convince me to purchase a vehicle I didn't want! Was hoping to be treated with dignity and respect and instead was treated with utter disrespect. Working with Darius in the beginning was great, he was professional, friendly, smart, and genuinely seemed like he really wanted to help find me the vehicle I wanted. When we met Thomas the situation changed completely. I was the one looking to purchase a vehicle, yet he looked at and spoke to my husband the whole time which was flat out rude. I told him I wasn't interested in the vehicles they were talking me about and wanted to leave and he came back with another deal, I said seriously I'm not interested, he came back with another deal. I learned the hard way, never leave your keys with the dealership because they won't give them back until you yell at them. Thomas was completely unprofessional and because of him, I will never go back to this dealership and I recommend that everyone else stay away. I have never been treated that way in my life and will never forget it. More

If you have issue, let someone know this dealership isnt perfect but after dealing with management, they try to be. The sales person followed up and I expressed that I was not completel this dealership isnt perfect but after dealing with management, they try to be. The sales person followed up and I expressed that I was not completely pleased with the process and I recieved a call from the General Sales Manager within minutes. He resolved the issue and I can honestly say that it was just a misunderstanding on my part. I will gladly be back to purchase. More
