Awful service in many respects Professionally not competent and also not courteous. Below are what the Vandergriff Hyundai service did: 1) I requested to replace a burnt head light Professionally not competent and also not courteous. Below are what the Vandergriff Hyundai service did: 1) I requested to replace a burnt head light on the right, but they replaced a left head light, and handed out the car to me without checking it. 2) I also requested the State Inspection, but I wonder how my car passed the State Inspection with one headlight dead. Their quality of service is therefore questionable. 3) Inefficiency: I was told that the service would be done within 2 hours, but I had to wait in the waiting room for 3 hours and 45 minutes; it turned out that my car was basically sitting in the garage and they hurried up the service only after I complaint the delay after it passed 3 hours. 4) The service associate (Radonna Critten) and the service director (Scott Schroeder) were not courteous; I see that Hyundai is doing a poor job in training their employees. 5) I requested to adjust the tire pressure to 35 psi, but they returned the car without doing anything; I found the tire pressure remained as before (30 psi) when I checked it at home. 6) They even miscalculated the bill, but when I told the service associated Radonna Critten about it, she insisted that their calculation was correct. Only after I went over the bill item by item with the service director, they admitted the miscalculation and corrected it. This poor service may be due to the individual employees, the service associate and the service manager. However, I would say that it is a problem of Hyundai's employee training. The local Vandergriff Hyundai or Hyundai head quarter should do a better job for training their employees as these kinds of poor service would discourage future purchases of Hyundai cars. More

They were also able to beat my ultra-low credit pre-approved interest rate. I buy a new car every 10 years so needless to say I've already done my research before I walk in and what dealerships I go to. They had the car I requested ready to show and test drive. They presented a couple of pricing options shook hands signed the paperwork and was out of there in less than two hours. Word to the wise...do your internet research about cars and dealerships before you drive around to this and that dealership car shopping. Will save you time, BS, headache, and a lot of money!!! More

Olivia - Outstanding Customer Service! I saw on Vangergriff Hyundai's website a 2016 Tucson ECO AWD that was listed at an unusually low price. I immediately realized this seemed wrong, but I saw on Vangergriff Hyundai's website a 2016 Tucson ECO AWD that was listed at an unusually low price. I immediately realized this seemed wrong, but decided to check. I emailed and provided the stock # and asked for confirmation that it was an ECO and that the price was indeed what I saw online. I got a confirmation email. So then I called and again provided the stock # and verbally confirmed it was a 2016 ECO and that the price was still what I read online. When we went to the dealership, we met with Olivia from the internet sales dept and gave her the stock# and she showed us the vehicle. We look it over, looks great, we want it, so we ask her to get the paperwork started. After about 10 minutes or so, I see her walking back with a gentleman (internet sales dept manager) so I figure this is where things will break down..... he sits down and apologizes saying that specific car's MSRP was incorrectly entered on the website..... so I interrupt him and explain ALL the verification methods that I went through. He again apologizes, but says he has a solution, if I'm interested. He said he had the same exact trim/color/etc in FWD and that he would honor the internet price for it. Way to save a sale and make us a happy camper! I was honestly expecting to leave disappointed, but they were very nice throughout the whole visit. Olivia was great and so helpful in getting everything arrange for us in a timely fashion. I wish we lived closer so we could use them as our main dealership, but we will certainly recommend them all day long, especially since another dealership in the Dallas area was trying to badmouth Vandergriff (that other salesman was doing a followup call and was obviously just mad that he missed out on a sale.... guess they should have made a better offer to begin with!). Bernardo in finance was equally helpful and found a way to offer us an extended service plan at an outstanding price! Have had our car for 5 weeks now and love it!!!! Looking forward to our first oil change at Vandergriff so we can go say hi to everyone! More

I was promised a free tank of gas and a free clicker. I showed up twice to get the clicker but because Fawzi didn't turn in the necessary paperwork I had to return a third time for it to be ready to pick up. I never received my tank of gas. I even showed up once for an oil change. After making an appointment and talking to a serviceman I show at my appointed time only to find out they're closed. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for any type of incentive for my trouble. The following day I was due to drive to California and had to hurriedly find another place to change my oil. More
