Worst Experience EVERRRRR! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here April 2015. 1 month later we were in the service department because of an awful rattle coming from the My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here April 2015. 1 month later we were in the service department because of an awful rattle coming from the wheels and even though we had the MPP extended warranty we had a hard time getting our car serviced. My husband went thru several managers in order to get the job done. Now, it has still been under a year and a piece of the gear shaft broke causing the car to not go into and out of park. We took it to the service department again and were told that extra MPP warranty we purchased did not cover the gear. In addition, they held the vehicle 2 days because they were behind and even though we both needed to get to work they would not give us a loaner car. There are several other dealerships on this strip that we've done business with and have never had this problem with quality nor service. Vandergriff Hyundai gets 0 stars. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND STUCK OUT OF LUCK! More

You Need Lou and Darius! You need to go to Vandergriff Hyundai, you need to ask for Lou Margetis. Lou is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. When we got there, he told us to You need to go to Vandergriff Hyundai, you need to ask for Lou Margetis. Lou is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. When we got there, he told us to look around, and get him when we were ready to talk or take a test drive. No high pressure sales tactics, no condescension. Lou was great to our 4 year old, and helped keep her entertained while she endured something that would have otherwise been miserable for a 4 year old. When you get to finance, you need to work with Darius Carter. Look, finance is about money. Darius got me from a 5.99% APR down to a 3.29% APR. He was so good he got me to do something I have never done, which was purchase an extended warranty. Darius' deal was just that good. Lou and Darius were so good, in fact, that my wife and I both bought new cars, and we had convinced ourselves we were "just looking". More
