My salesman, Lou Margetis was extremely helpful and courteous and made the lengthy car buying process enjoyable. What is so special about Lou is his ability to get to know a person and their specific needs and put them in a car that checks every box, no more no less. (That is rare.) BAIT AND SWITCH Typical old school dealership that won't honor their online prices. I went to their "Specials" section of their website, and there was a new Santa Fe Typical old school dealership that won't honor their online prices. I went to their "Specials" section of their website, and there was a new Santa Fe advertised with a $4025 dealer discount plus rebates, bringing the car from $26,100 to $20,075 after some extra rebates I qualified for (loyalty). Awesome deal, possibly too awesome, so I inquired and spoke to Maletta Larry. I specifically asked her if the $20,075 plus tt&l is a real price, and can I really buy it for that. She said yes and confirmed the car was still available. I even asked if it was a demo and she said no. When I arrived, I found out it had 4000 miles, and hail damage. She said they are fixing the hail, but she didn't know it had the 4000 miles. To make a long story short, the manager came out said the best he could do is $20,900, $825 more than I was quoted with 4000 miles on it, and hail that needed to be repaired. Be wary of any dealership with Van or Vandergriff in the name. They operate the same, and are all owned by the same corporation More
