OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE, ONE BAD DETAIL All in all, I had a good experience buying the vehicle. everything went well, everyone was professional and courteous. The bad part - at no point was All in all, I had a good experience buying the vehicle. everything went well, everyone was professional and courteous. The bad part - at no point was it pointed out that floor mats were not included with the car. Instead, I was left to figure it out on my own, days after I bought the car. When I called the dealership to ask about them, they said I'd have to pay upwards of $250 for floormats. That's ludicrous. Had it been mentioned to me while I was buying the car, I would have said that's crazy but I would have added them to the amount financed and would have left with floor mats in my car. Instead, I have to take time out of my day to make calls to the dealer, be told that I'd have to pay an additional $250 out of pocket, and leave with a stain on an otherwise pleasant experience. A set of floor mats on the house would be appreciated. Otherwise, just be upfront about it next time. It's a small detail that turns into a big issue if not addressed properly. More

At first the goal was the 2016 Hyundai Elantra for my wife at that time I was looking at a used 2014 Hyundai Sonata. So after a while, the Desk Manager proposes a brand new one. It had the backup camera, XM and the color I wanted. Black. So I left with 2 cars and 2 weeks later the hail damaged all fixed. I will definitely return. More

They were not aggressive and did not try to hard sell me something I didn't want. I appreciate the fact that they were nice and very patient with me during the selling process. The finance manager Hector Garnica was nice as well and I appreciated him explaining the details of the financing and additional plans available to me! All around I had a good experience from beginning to end! I'm enjoying my new vehicle and would definitely recommend Vandergriff Hyundai!!! More
