Hello everybody where to even begin. I cannot begin to say enough is beyond exceptional. They just didn’t get me into the vehicle of my dreams, but they went above and beyond anything I would’ve ever expected. Making me feel secure and comfortable and beyond happy with my experience with them. They had literally worked with me for a couple weeks to satisfy all my concerns. Assuring that my experience with them was just not a good one, but an exceptional one! They had taken the time to work with me and even communicate with me off hours to assure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase from them. They allowed me to come out of a lease agreement that I was obligated to which I was very concerned about. Followed with allowing me to purchase outright the vehicle instead, and even helping me find the lowest interest rate possible for the financing of the purchase of the vehicle. Beating out even my current bank of USAA. They truly showed me they did not care about the profit or the overhead but literally they’re only concern was to satisfy and make sure that I was 100% happy with my experience with them. I will certainly say Kendall Ford of Vancouver truly puts their customers, happiness and satisfaction of their experience, first and foremost above all else! I couldn’t recommend more to everyone if you are truly looking for an exceptional buying experience with the comfort of knowing that you come first Kendall Ford of Vancouver is certainly the place you would want to go. I will never go anywhere else other than Kendall Ford of Vancouver. They have earned my trust and my support from here on out. Five stars and above! I would say the dealership and salesman did ok, with a few missteps. I knew right away that salesman was familiar with Ford’s “ T3” concept, he told me so.
