My Hyundai Sonata was towed into Vancouver Hyundai on MAY 23, 2023. They never looked at the vehicle for 7-10 days. Diagnosed at this time with leak in radiator and bad battery. They called me about JUNE 27 to let me know the final cost of repairs and that car would be ready to pickup JUNE 29, 2023 . ONE MONTH WITHOUT A CAR for this simple repair. No rental cars, no referrals, no communication with me. I live 1.5 hours away and had no car to drive to dealership. Service advisor would only occasionally text me and didn't seem to know what was going on. It was bad enough waiting for parts (I guess), but they did not even take the car in the shop to diagnose for 7-10 days. They could have ordered parts much earlier if they had checked it out. They did give me a discount but it did not make up for the poor service. More

The new F 150 that I ordered came in ahead of the forecast date and was ready for me to pick up the next day. Sales , finance and lot workers were friendly. I took my GT350R in to change tires. They scraped all around the outside of one. I talked to the service manager who refused to ever admit that they did the damage. It then took them 7 m They scraped all around the outside of one. I talked to the service manager who refused to ever admit that they did the damage. It then took them 7 months to minimally fix the issue. Firstly they sent the wheel off to get repaired. Whomever they sent it to destroyed the wheel. They finally ordered one from California. A used one, which I was ok with. But then they refused to mount the tire back on the wheel. I had to take it to 503 Motoring, who I would strongly recommend. Excellent service and top notch work. I won't ever take my car to Vancouver Ford again. Worst customer service ever. More
