I came into this dealer with a faoiling radio in my 2017 Chysler 300S. This is what happened: 1) I was told to replace the radio/nav system was apoximately $3,000.00 2) I was told this was an ongoing pro Chysler 300S. This is what happened: 1) I was told to replace the radio/nav system was apoximately $3,000.00 2) I was told this was an ongoing problem with these chrystler radio/nav system 3) I was immediately handed a sheet of paper with an offer to trade my car in!!! What would you think? Here is a huge bill to fix something fairly simple on your car but we are anxious to sell you a new car. If that dealer EVER WANTED TO EARN MY BUSINESS they would have gone to Chrysler on my behalf and asked for a deal for a replacement radio/nav system. I will NEVER GO BACK to this dealership. More
