Lots of loose ends We came in looking to lease a new vehicle. We finally agreed on a price for an Equinox that had been a courtesy car. It had about 2000 miles in it s We came in looking to lease a new vehicle. We finally agreed on a price for an Equinox that had been a courtesy car. It had about 2000 miles in it so we thought we got a pretty good price. After signing the paperwork, we had to return multiple times for forgotten paperwork that needed signed. One of the forms forgotten was to acknowledge that the new vehicle had been wrecked while it was a courtesy car! (Something that never came up during negotiations!) They had lost one of the keys so we had to come back for that. They forgot to include the floor mats and we had to come back for that. (After much complaining.) They forgot to have us sign for the plates so we had to come back for that. All that being said, they did at least seem better than another dealer we had visited. It's disappointing. You'd expect more from a place you are spending that kind of money with. More
