I asked all the right questions from my salesperson which was named Duncan which was later fired after I purchased my car for telling me all fradulent n wrong information. That told me within itself something was wrong because how do you fire the salesperson if it's not an issue or if I have not been lied to but now myself as the customer is now stuck with this Buick I mean bucket that I got from VanDevere I have only had the car 9 months now I'm being told the car needs $5,000 worth of work I have talked to two other mechanics that tells me that gaskets just don't all go out like that or all blow like that that this had to been a issue that built up over time now I went to the dealership to get my car serviced in September the end of September beginning of October of issues that my car was doing the same thing right before it cut off and broke down they told me all I needed was oil AND I HADA LEAK OIL N Transmission A PROBLEM THAY WAS PREVIOUS FIX BUT NOW THEY TELLING THEY GONE FIX IT FOR FREE CAUSE I HAD JUST GOT IT FIXED UNDER MY WARRANTY.. NO I believe my gaskets was messing up then and no one properly inspected my car or they didn't care what a rip off... bad business!!! my car has been back to the service to get work done at least once a month since I have had my car for 9 months. Is the shame that you ask people that you thinking you can trust all the right questions before you purchase a vehicle and they can tell you anything and you can get a bucket... I was just getting my credit up very decent and now its ruined thanks. More

Worst rip off on earth I went alone as a woman and was preyed on. Purchasing a Mazda SUV, high end of the blue book value, I was finding some little weird things I noticed. They assured me they would fix them at their dealership downtown. After multiple attempts taking it in, they then decided they would not fix it. I was argued with and lied to by the manager John. He said it was cosmetic, 'not important- he would call me back. After calling manager Chris Bender over and over calling everyone and emailing over and over w no response- someone finally called and told me to bring it in. It was entirely smashed up and wrecked under the hood. No, it was not cosmetic like the numb skull said. It was wrecked and there was thousands of dollars of damage. They haphazardly repaired it, it is still totally crooked. The headlights burned out 2 times in under 2 months, and they pointed them down so I couldn't see and kept having near death experiences while driving at night! Took it back to be repaired again, again they pointed them down. Called the manager Chris Bender yet again. Left 2 more messages with no response. I have spent $159 to rent a car as they "repaired" it for 5 days, it was not ready when I came to pick it up and I missed more work. I've spent hours getting the car fixed, looked at, and trying to get a hold of someone. This Mazda only had 43,000 miles and was $16 garnish. I shouldn't be dealing with this it now consumes my life! These people are horrible crooks, I suggest to stay far away. I'd go to the Mazda dealership instead next time! It's been a nightmare! I've never dealt with this before, but then again I've never been to Vandervere. Run far far away! More
Problem solved We purchased a 2007 Chevy Cobalt on 7/21/2016 that was fairly priced with Kelly Blue Book and after the test drive the driver side window would not go We purchased a 2007 Chevy Cobalt on 7/21/2016 that was fairly priced with Kelly Blue Book and after the test drive the driver side window would not go down. No problem because it was late evening we left the car to be looked at and received a call the next day that the electric window motor had gone bad and the dealership put a new motor in and the car was ready to pickup. We pickup the car and drove to our Akron, Ohio home. The vehicle drove well, air conditioning working great and all around ran and handled well for a vehicle with over 100,000 miles. Another Issue was noticed once we arrived home our son Dean that was in the front passenger seat said did you know the windshield is cracked. I looked and sure enough it was cracked in a horseshoe shape from the very bottom of the windshield up about 8". I immediately thought we drove it off the lot as is no warrantee that this would be a fight. Because it was again late the Arlington Road sales location was closed so first thing the next morning I got into the car and personally drove back to the Dealership expecting a big song and dance but instead I was pleasantly surprised when the windshield Issue was addressed without hesitation bring the vehicle back tomorrow morning and we will have a new windshield installed by noon. I will be looking for two additional cars for my two other sons next year and the year after. VanDevere Auto Outlet will be my first stop when we are ready to purchase additional vehicles.
