Friendly and helpful sales staff - no high pressure. Salesperson was extremely friendly and helpful without the high pressure sales tactics I feared since this was my first used car buying experience. Having only ever purchased new cars in the past, with the exact model and price already set through online shopping and competition before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, this was the first time a car salesperson actually helped me choose something.
