Everything the day of my sale went great. Service was terrific and everyone was friendly. When I purchased my car there was a known A/C problem, no big deal for a $5000 car. From the phone calls back and forth to arriving at the dealership to pulling off in my new Escalade, Bill and the rest of the team made buying this vehicle one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. Its unfortunate that this dealership is 2 1/2 hours away from me, otherwise I would go back to have all of my service work done there as well. My ninth, and most recent purchase, of an absolutely gorgeous 2006 Dodge Ram 4X4 from the Vandevere Bunch, is just further testimonial of the great deals, excellent selections, and friendly faces you will encounter at Vandevere. Now I know that most of you absolutely loathe the idea of going to a dealership, not finding anything that trips your trigger, but some salesperson has you cornered and you just want to get out of there so you can go find the vehicle of your dreams at the next lot. Vandevere's has that problem solved for you. They have, in my humble opinion, the most user friendly website of any dealer I have ever seen...and tons of vehicles to view. Each vehicle is showcased with elaborate pictures and written detail. And speaking of detail, their pre-owned vehicles are like showroom new when they are presented to the public for sale. I live close to their Auto Outlet at I77 and Arlington. Being a frequent flyer with Vandevere, they know who I am when I call. So if the vehicle I want to see is at one of their other locations, they bring it to the Outlet for my viewing pleasure...and on MY timetable. They are truly there to serve you and to find you the vehicle you desire. On this recent purchase, they drug two other trucks to the Outlet and I rejected them both. As nice as they were, they just didn't do it for me...and my sales pro, Bill Sonnhalter knew it. There was no attempt to sell me something I didn't want. That's not how these guys roll. So I'm at work the next day, my cell phone rings, and Bill tells me one of the stores just got in the exact truck I was looking for and he would have it at the Outlet for me to take a look. He couldn't wait for me to view his latest "catch"...and as the late Paul Harvey used to say, "And now you know the rest of the story". The process of finding me the right vehicle, at the right price, took Bill less than a week! The high marks I give the Vandevere Team have been earned by them over a decade of business dealings and not just this latest purchase...I'm already looking forward to purchasing my 10th car from them one of these days!
