So not only did we drive 2 hours to Akron, but had to turn around and drive another 2 hours home. This was so rude, unnecessary and extremely frustrating. My husband took the day off of work for our appointment to see the car. This could have easily been avoided if someone had texted or called to notify us that the car was no longer available.
