Van Campen has been the dodge/chrysler dealer in williamsport for as long as i can remember.they are local, convient, established and repubtable.I was ok with the price and Paul is an honest man and williamsport for as long as i can remember.they are local, convient, established and repubtable.I was ok with the price and Paul is an honest man and lives next door to me. The overall experience was good. Chad was the salesman we worked with, and he did a good job trying to hunt down a vehicle that would work for our needs. As a firs time car buyer, I was not sure what to expect, or was I sure how everything worked. Perhaps it was because we were trying to purchase a vehicle from the tent sale, and they were selling more vehicles then they thought, but we were talked into a vehicle that we were both really excited about because it would fit our needs perfectly, before he knew if they in fact had vehicle. They seemed a little disorganized on that aspect. After that, and my persistence that they find something that would work for us, he did find a 2004 Jeep that we were very happy with. The day I picked up my vehicle, I was not given copies of any of my paper work when I drove off the lot, after I had asked both the salesperson and the loan manager if I needed anything else for my vehicle before I drove off the lot and they told me no I was good to go. I did appreciate the fact that the salesman met me on his day off to pick up my vehicle, but he did seem a bit rushed to get back to his day off. However, the next day when I had to go up to the dealership to pick up my paper, he apologized for not giving me my paper work. More

I broke down while on a business trip with my new 2004 Jeep Liberty(30 days old).<br>This is suppose to be a "certified Jeep dealer". Upon contacting this dealer, their rudeness is unsurpassed by anything Jeep Liberty(30 days old).<br>This is suppose to be a "certified Jeep dealer". Upon contacting this dealer, their rudeness is unsurpassed by anything I have ever experienced. I was told they could not give me a loaner to get to work the next day. They offered to shuttle me to work....when I called the day I needed the transportation they said they had none and told me that I should take a bus!! They all but refused to service my vehicle and told me to take it somewhere else because it was not purchased from them. The vehicle is brand new and covered under warranty by nearest authorized dealer!!! What's up with customer care???????!!!!!!Does Jeep really want people like this representing them????? WARNING FOR VACATIONERS AND OUT OF TOWNERS-----you won't get warranty service unless you go to the dealer you bought your vehicle from towed at your own expense. More
