I came in yesterday after a VERY stressful weekend of dealing with a car wreck. I brought my old car in and met with MIchael and Niko. This was my first time financing a car. Fiat Van Nuys and these men really made the process go smoothly!! Of course we did the whole back and forth with pricing and options, but they were very genuine. After purchasing the car I got it home and realized that the passenger side seat latch was broken. I called and they told me to bring it back, no charge. It's currently being fixed and I am a proud fiat owner.. They did everything to make me a VERY happy customer! It runs so smooth!!! Thanks Michael and Niko! More

I researched all the fiat dealers in california before I decided to send a email request in. I've been to about 5 different dealerships in the last 2 years and just walked out because they were very pushy a decided to send a email request in. Walking into Fiat of Van Nuys I never felt like I needed to walk out. They were all so helpful and nice. I basically said this is what I want and I got it. I choose the pop 500 for the MPG. I've had the car now for a month and I LOVE IT! When I'm ready to purchase again maybe in 5-6 years, I'm totally going back. More

Some Bad Some Good Disappointed. It would be nice if at least one person at the dealer knew how to use the roof rack they sell. What good is a roof rack if you can't u Disappointed. I've had some other problems with the car that have been resolved and others that will only be resolved at a cost. Typical car dealer telling you what you want to hear to buy then once you own they don't care to help unless you're paying for something else. Stereo speakers have always been bad and it was a brand new car. Hubcaps break easily and are not covered by warranty. Don't have to time to keep going back and sitting in the waiting room. Staff is very friendly though when you're looking to buy. They will tell you anything to make the sale but once you own they're not very helpful. Typical car dealer I guess. More

I purchased my 2013 Fiat Pop and my husband got an Audi A3 on April 14, 2013. We have to say our experience at this dealership was GREAT! Carlos and Steve were AWESOME sales guys. He was ready to make a deal with us and there was no xx back and forth. Donna in financing was very pleasant to deal with and the paperwork was fast and easy. Michael was also friendly and welcoming. This was our third visit to the showroom in 3 weeks and I knew what I wanted and he had his eye on an Audi in the used car section. We put down payments and have decent credit. I knew what car I and he wanted and what price we were willing to pay. they really worked hard to get us the best deals and we ended up getting the best deal offered. I got exactly what I wanted and so did my husband, at the price we wanted, and at the interest rate we wanted.They really try their best to get you in to a vehicle either it being new or used. One well known dealership was not able to get us financed, but Fiat of Van Nuys worked the numbers and we are happy clients. We just took delivery of our black Abarth from Fiat of Van Nuys. We are excited about the car and the deal we got, but more important was the way we were treated by the staff. We inquired about the car approximately 10 days ago. In less than an hour from our initial inquiry, we were contacted by Michael Passage, a polite and knowledgable Fiat specialist. I told Michael what we were looking for and he said I have a couple cars with the options you want. Now I must admit, coming from buying Audi's and BMW's over the past 10 years I didn't know what to expect. I can tell you dealing with Michael could not have been easier. Number one he drives an Abarth as his daily driver so he has first hand knowledge of the car. Next we finalized the economics of the deal with Niko Spasic, the sales manager. Same thing, Niko was a no nonsense deal making guy. I pushed him on the negotiations and he never lost his composure and he treated me with class and respect. He went the extra mile to get this deal done. Finally, the financing portion is generally my least favorite part, but Donna Parker made this process quick and painless. I was in and out of her office in 15 minutes. She could not have been easier to deal with.
