Really? Don't you want to sell cars? We are not concerned over employee relations and poor management, as a matter of fact you are only scaring off your customers. You cannot be trusted, you tried scamming us after you made promises over the phone but told us that we were lying once we arrived. I’m telling you, you’ve got to be honest with your buyers, they are going to be back again and again if you would only treat them right. I don't know how you would think that this would earn you any points but speaking negative about the OWNER or MANAGEMENT but it pretty much lost us as customers. Unfortunately, this MICHAEL, tries to put on the halo and well it might work well for others it definitely won't work especially to those who have been in the same business. You cannot show your magic tricks to another magician. I hope you get into a new line of work, you’re a terrible sales person, I guess that’s why you keep hopping from one dealership to another. They were great in explaining to me tons of info about the electric car and giving me a huge list of information about my new vehicle. I had a great finance experience with Russ Kabrins as well who helped me get my paperwork completed in the finance department. I always recommend this dealership to my friends, I also have an Abarth and absolutely love it, and I get treated like a good friend when I'm there. Great dealer, great service, and stellar cars. No Help I have owned a 500 Sport for less than a month. It has been in for service 5 times so far. All the electrical modules were not replaced prior to the I have owned a 500 Sport for less than a month. It has been in for service 5 times so far. All the electrical modules were not replaced prior to the sale to me. I still have a minimum of3 more visits before the car is correct. The most recent development is that the headlight assemblies have 1" holes in the back due to a heap install for HID headlamp bulbs. Not repaired prior to sale. Having difficulty believing that this dealership can deliver used cars to clients with these issues excused as acceptable. Very disappointed, my sales person, and the Studio Manager have decided to estrange themselves from any further involvement in rectifying the situation. Caveat emptor More

I fell in love with the drive, the savings over gas, and the great team of Jason, Perry, Michael Passage, and Daniel Ryan. Michael was first up and spent TWO long visits and test drives (needed to bring my husband back to see if he could fit). Michael even hopped (ok, maybe not hopped) in the back WITH my husband for one test drive to really prove that if needed I could get 2 over 6 foot tall adult men in the back seat - (providing proof and lots of laughter). Signing the paperwork now and am SO excited! More

If I could give 10 Stars I would do it right away!!!I Have been there since 5pm and left at 11pm, not because of them but because of me, I couldn't make up my mind choosing between a Cabrio or a Hatchback but with the right guidance and recommendation I drove off with an all new 2015 bianco Abarth with the 6 speed automatic and Rosso leather interior!!!NO, they didn't pay me extra or discounted the Abarth more just for me writing a review, iI've done my research and both Yelp and Dealerrater were good sources to find out how this new edition to the Auto Gallery Group is operating, they will earn my business next year when I'll be trading in my 2010 BMW 645i Cabrio for an all new Alfa Romeo 4C, thank you guys for making this new car buying experience the best one ever, oh yes Michael, you should become a stand up comedian or a spokes person for Fiat in their commercials!!!!!!!!!! I met Michael through chance at a Fiat event back when I owned my 500 sport that I purchased at Fiat in van nuys before Michael worked at the Van Nuys studio, but when we met I was one of those that had tons of questions about the Abarth although he was not working he was patient and answered all my questions so when I was ready to buy my Abarth I looked him up and was able to buy my Abarth pain free and at a fair price (other stealerships had a 10k mark up) Michael made sure I didn't pay a ridiculous mark up... Since then my family have bought 3 different 500's from him. Michael is definitely the go to guy for anybody looking to pull the trigger on a new car!Thanks Michael! More
