What other car can you get built in Italy for under 20K? Wanted a manual transmission and Chris showed me what they had on the lot and took me to their storage lot to see another available manual. Everyone was very patient and very nice with no attitude whatsoever. Ahed the sales manager was very pleasant and accomodating. When the Alfa Romeo Giulias arrive I will probably buy one here. I call and emailed them and they did not reply back to me It's not professional. My car cost 30,000 dollar. and left me out many issues. do not work with the Brooke Oliver. More

Fast & easy! My mom had taken me to the fiat dealer in van nuys. He knowledged us about the new electric fiat that came out, let both my mom and I test the car, then stayed patient with me as I took forever to pick a color. After that the paperwork was fast and easy. By the time we were done with the papers he took me outside to see my brand new clean car! He showed me all the controls inside in detail, set up Bluetooth, ect. He gave the best customer service I've ever received, and even after getting the car I go to the dealership to charge it and I will see Baxter, he helps me with any questions I have and offers me car washes! By far best dealership I've been to. More

It was probably our best car buy ever and we've gad lots of Erin approached us quickly like all reps do but she did a great job of listening to what we said. When I said the car was for my wife she paid attention to her responses. She didn't ask any questions twice other then 'shall we'. We didn't decide whether we'd buy the fiat or another RAV. We traveled the few blocks to the Keyes dealer where we've already bought 6 or 7 vehicles since the 70's. Irritating rep and his manager was merciless trying to tell us what we wanted. I thank him for sending us back to fiat. Erin found the car that my wife preferred and then we began negotiating. Fiat gave us a much better trade in on a cherry 2008 RAV with low miles. We got a great deal and my wife is super happy today. The final paperwork went about as expected but Yanci also heard us say we wanted no extras and stayed within our wishes. More
