As mentioned in other reviews, they are true scam artists who know absolutely nothing about cars. The manager Brooke has the nastiest and most disgusting attitude I have ever witnessed before. She is the most ignorant and malicious individual, who knows nothing about customer service or cars. I am not sure how she's even the manager. Brooke is beyond ill-mannered, and I do not see her as a qualified employee in any line of work or position, because she sure knows how to offend and steer away customers. My family and I were in awe, due to the way she attacked us within the first 3 minutes of explaining a lease. Before we even said anything, she began raising her voice and sassing at us, potential customers. We were given complete different information over the phone than in the dealership, and were trying to clarify some points. Brooke is a major disgrace to Maserati and completely brings the class of the brand down with her inappropriate behavior. I hope she gets out of her misery one of these days and gets her act together immediately, for the sake of the company. I wouldn't even wish for an enemy to cross paths with her. Garbage manager in a trash dealership. Avoid this classless place at all costs. More

I've called at different times on different days of the week and its impossible to get a life person. I am trying to get a pre-inspection on the return of a lease and was initially told that because the lease was from a different dealer that they do not have the time. How they stay in business is beyond me. Within two years of the lease there were 2 recalls. Even after scheduling an appointment where I was advised that I should come in on a Tuesday, after I arrived I was told that they could not have the car serviced because they did not have enough mechanics on Tuesday because they work Saturdays, r e a l l y !! Giving me a loaner car with a broken side mirror and having to come back the following day just doesn't cut it! More

Ask for Danny, he will take good care of you. I own a Fiat 500e with a broken tire pressure sensor. Daniel Cerna the Service Advisor took care of me. He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will. More

I tried to be a three-peat customer I tried 3 times to buy my THIRD Fiat from this dealership. I went to the showroom twice, and both times, I walked away frustrated and disappointed. I had a specific car in mind with specific equipment, and because they couldn't find the car I wanted, they tried very hard to sell me at least two cars that I didn't want. The salesperson lowballed me on my trade-in, and then lied to me about the value of the fact that my trade in had fewer than 13,000 miles on it. He told me that that added only a "couple of hundred dollars" to the value of my trade-in --- but according to Edmonds and KBB, that low mileage added nearly $1,800 to the value of my trade-in. This salesman also tried hardball tactics and instead of speaking to ME, he spoke to my (male) friend. They made me feel like they were doing me a HUGE favor just to take my money and that I should be grateful and buy whatever they had - instead of trying to find me what I wanted or work with me on the financing. I will never buy another car from them. More

From the moment I stepped After researching Nissan Leafs for the longest time I switched over to wanting a Fiat 500e and came across this dealership. From the moment I stepped on the lot Erin made me feel welcomed and cared for. When I proposed to test drive a car from a different vendor first, to really make sure the Fiat 500e is what I wanted, there was no push-back but rather understanding and a confidence to have a great product. When the test drive with the other car/vendor wasn't what I was looking for, Erin picked me up from the dealership and we picked "my" car. The color combination I wanted wasn't on the lot and so Erin went above and beyond to get the car from Santa Monica while I was filling out paper work. I never felt pressured or sold on something I didn't want, I always felt listened to and understood, and I'd come back here any day to purchase another vehicle. As a sidenote: it certainly doesn't hurt to look at beautfiul Maseratis while waiting for the paperwork to be done, and The Auto Gallery has plenty beautiful cars in their showroom. More
