Got a brand new Alfa Romeo. Had minor scratches on the car. They told me it will come off once they wash the car. Signed paperwork. They brought the car washed, scratches still on the car. We will order the paint and will call you in 2 days to bring it in for touchup. 2 days passed. No one called. Called dealer asked for sales rep who sold me the car. They said he moved to a different state. Asked to bring in the car so they can fix it, the person on the phone said we can’t fix it, but we can provide you the paint to fix it yourself. Horrible buying experience. Went in to speak to Manager (Edwin). Looked at the scratches, touch up wont do, they had to send the car somewhere else to have it fixed. Have to wait for a week for them to fix it. Worst customer service ever. On top of that they gave me a Fiat as a loaner. Bought a brand new car only to have it sent for repairs & have to wait for a week for them to fix it. Bad sales practice! More
