Firstly, I’ll express the service staff was very friendly and a basic service was performed. However, I’m greatly disappointed in the physical condition and culture of the service center. I’ve serviced my Maserati there a couple times, and each time I gave the benefit of the doubt that Westbrook will eventually make changes soon, and just transitioning into the dealership. Although, after a couple years this appears to be a permanent condition and reputation they want for the dealership. The waiting room is filthy, zero “frills”, smells bad, dated furnishings, AC wasn’t working (102 degrees) and not what you would expect from a “luxury” car dealership. It’s not like they’re discounting the cost for services, as I would pay the same amount for maintenance if I took it elsewhere, like O’Gara or another Dealership, so why not have it serviced at a location that caters to luxury, respects the brand's image vs. Westbrook that appears to cater to skid-row. If I’m paying $500 for an oil change, I would like to feel comfortable while waiting for the car to be serviced. More

I have had recurring problems, the same thing over and over and it never gets resolved. 3 times in the past 2 months I have taken my car in for a recurring problem, each time paying for them to fix it. over and it never gets resolved. 3 times in the past 2 months I have taken my car in for a recurring problem, each time paying for them to fix it. They have a different reason every time for the same issue. The wiring, the computer, the panel and on it goes. Yesterday they attempted to charge me over $300 for the same repair, and then offered me the option of taking my car elsewhere. Which i did. When they returned it to me, it had 4 further broken issue, 2 additional lights were flashing, my trunk has locked and won’t open and the indicator and beam lights don’t work. THIS IS DANGEROUS. I asked why the car was not returned to me in the same condition it was handed in, and was told by the manager Joe that it was the same problem. But it was not in my possession and had not been driven, it was clearly done in the diagnostic process by Russell Westbrook mechanics. The manager acknowledged that it was not returned to me in the same condition but refused to put it in writing. I have contacted the BBB about this company as it’s been years of the same thing. More
