I had brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to fix an issue I was having with the driver door keyless entry detection. Yohana was my service consultant. Before leaving my car Yohana did a visual inspe an issue I was having with the driver door keyless entry detection. Yohana was my service consultant. Before leaving my car Yohana did a visual inspection of my vehicle and also recommended we inspect the the radiator as the coolant was low and there where signs of leakage. She provided me with a loaner vehicle and mentioned she would contact me ASAP with resolution. I picked up my car in 2 days and everything was fixed and or replaced without issue. I paid for the oil change service and the rest was covered under warranty . I truly thank Yohana for making this such a pleasant experience. She was friendly , knowledgeable and professional.
