When I was shopping and met the salesman after the test drive, I felt like I was at a McDonald’s. I just was told to sit at a little round table and wait. I walked away, disappointed and frustrated. I was approached by the internet sales girl, Alondra. She saved the deal and managed to bring me back in again. If it wasn’t because of her effort, I would have gone to a different car dealer. They delivered the car with no explanation. She saved the deal and managed to bring me in again.However, they delivered the car and did not explain all the bells and whistles of the car. Not a good experience at all. If you like the experience of being appreciated when you get a nice car like the giulia and hope you come back to get your next car... this is not the dealer I would recommend. I contacted the sales manager to complain and he was sympathetic and promised someone would call me to schedule a proper explanation of the features and how they work but after almost 30 days no call. When the lease is up I will not go to this dealer again. I have leased many cars in my lifetime and this counts as the worst experience. More

The service is okay, not the best, not the worst. They get stuff done fairly quickly, but they are always misinformative or don’t know what is going on, for example; I went in asking them to look at my br get stuff done fairly quickly, but they are always misinformative or don’t know what is going on, for example; I went in asking them to look at my brakes and see what is causing uneven wear and why my brakes are running out so fast, so they took it in for a day and let me know that it would cost around $2000 to replace all 4 brakes. So my question was simply not answered. I later take it in because I changed my front two brake pads and then a bunch of brake system warning lights came on my screen. I brought it in for them to check out and they gave me some random excuse that I needed to bleed my brakes in order to clear all the codes (including a parking brake code). They said I have to pay $220 because I guess warranty doesn’t cover the ECU having a breakdown after brake pads have been changed. I went ahead and took it to another dealer, told them the problem and they fixed the issue for free. It had nothing to do with me bleeding my brakes because my calibers were never disconnected. Keep in mind my whole brake system wasn’t working properly and it was very dangerous to drive with all the dasboard lights that were showing and the dealership didn’t even fix it without trying to take a dollar from me. The other times I usually have no problem, but at a customer service stand point, they are not willing to help with an issue where they dont make money off it. They are willing to argue back rather than correct the mistake. More
