I really hate to write a bad review as Kenny was very nice and accommodating. However, the facts remain. After several warranty/recall issues were handled the first time I was left my car, as I drove off nice and accommodating. However, the facts remain. After several warranty/recall issues were handled the first time I was left my car, as I drove off I noticed CarPlay wasn't working. I called Kenny, brought it right back, and apparently a software update wasn't performed, They do said update so I proceed home. Multiple issues were video recorded on the way home and sent to Kenny. I dropped the car off 2 weeks later. First they said everything checked out fine, then asked if they could drive it extensively. A few days later I receive a text regarding a "bulletin" sent out by FCA regarding similar issues and was told they did experience issues a couple times, but other than that it checks out and they're being told by FCA to release my car. I pick my car up and immediately start experiencing the same issues with the radio and the start/stop not working. I returned to the dealership to show Kenny the videos but was not leaving it. They don't wash cars on sight, so I went to the drive-through which knocked my mirror out of alignment. on my way home the fun continues. Nothing is working properly, and I notice what appears to be soda or an energy drink sprayed on my center console, both seats and the driver side door. WON'T be back for service or future purchases! And whose gonna clean my interior? I guess I will. Thanks. Can anyone help??? Please!!! More

Terrible experience. This was an out-of-state purchase and I wasn’t provided with all the documents needed for titling and registration in my state nor did they provided me with the ELO registration code and I wasn’t provided with all the documents needed for titling and registration in my state nor did they provided me with the ELO registration code (a feature that cost me 1,500 dollars). The shipping company service was appalling from lack of information on when the vehicle shipped to a very rigid option on delivery —the delivery wasn’t door to door as promised and you have to be available to run to meet the driver otherwise they will take it to a storage with additional fees. The whole after purchase experience is non-existent to the degree of multiple calls being ignored by the manager. I would not recommend this dealer at all unless you don’t care about being able to sort any issues with the dealer once the vehicle is purchased. People are nice, but ineffective and ultimately not thoughtful of the buyers’ experience. I wouldn’t be surprised this review is ignored as well. More

The loaner vehicle was also a great benefit. More
