They weren't straight with me, lied multiple times, never got a proper quote, that is easy to understand. They forgot to provide the mats with the car, misplaced the temporary licence plates. But at the end got a proper quote, that is easy to understand. They forgot to provide the mats with the car, misplaced the temporary licence plates. But at the end I still got what I wanted, at the price what I wanted. Car also was scratched quite badly, I had to fight about that as well. They wouldn't fix them only after I would buy the car. Eventually they have fixed it before I have signed, but it took days and many calls and a lot of frustration. More
