They only seemed to see me as a dollar sign & with most of my money tied up in the incident I didnt have anything to put down so they all but turned me away. Until I got lucky and got a call back from Brandon C. at Russell Westbrook. He was amazing! He knew my situation and was still willing to meet after I was done work to take a look at a Ford Fusion. I got there and realized it wasn't the plug-in I was hoping for so I thought all was lost. Thankfully Brandon was not willing to give up that easy and searched all their used inventory for a plug-in within my price range. Once we found the Chevy Volt he was dedicated to getting me the best price, coverage, and making me happy with the car. He even went so far as to call his competitors to verify we had found exactly what I'd been looking for. At no time did he pressure me, he made me feel like he truly had my best interests at heart. Eventhough it was only a $20,000 Chevy, they treated me as if I'd bought a $100,000 Mazaratti! Dan, our financer was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and amazing.
