Took multiple trips (2 hours each way). Parts that were supposed to be in, were not. Zero communication. A clear manufacturing defect was found and the dealer would not honor the warranty. Beside the terrible service, the extreme price gouging on vehicles on the lot is an absolute shame. 30-50k markups. This customer "lounge" is a joke. This place is as ghetto as the area it is located in. Not representative of the Maserati/Alfa Romeo brand what so ever. Looks, feels, and operates like a sleezy used car lot. More
