Great service,great attention to details and very good personnel. I had a check engine light come on the same day I had purchased my used car. I was very Frustrated at first but when the dealership asked me to bring my car in and that they would take care of the problem,that made me feel much more relieved. After the inspection process,it came out to be a bad brake sensor that needed replacement, Fiat of Van Nuys took care of all the maintenance and replaced it at no charge,which is what I expected from such a great dealership with a great reputation. There service department was amazing,from start to finish,the process was quick and direct. Awesome team. Overall Iam very satisfied with the purchase,if I had to rate it on scale from 1-10,I would give it a 8.75,on the fact that they forgot to fuel the vehicle to 50 percent. Once again, I want to thank the Service department and rate them a 10. I was really happy that the dealership was able to accommodate my vehicle in such a great way,a little bumping at first but with an amazing finish. More
I had the reverse switch assembly replaced. The next day I noticed the new assembly was loose when shifting into reverse. I removed the new assembly and compared it to the old part (which, thankfully, was I noticed the new assembly was loose when shifting into reverse. I removed the new assembly and compared it to the old part (which, thankfully, was returned). I found an installation clip had not been transferred from the old assembly to the new assembly so I did that myself. Unfortunately the new assembly is still loose so I have some more work to do to find out why and to correct it. More
