I scheduled an appointment that offered free diagnosis. I had to reschedule it due to the weather. When I got there the free then became a charge. The service advisor tried to charge me 245 to look at e I had to reschedule it due to the weather. When I got there the free then became a charge. The service advisor tried to charge me 245 to look at each item that I had concerns about. That would have been 500 I was also told that they would try to have a loaner for me. They said they did not when I got there. They sent me to enterprise via Uber. I thought that the rental was covered as that was my experience from the other dealer. I was astounded when I was charged full price for the rental. Then I returned the next business day being told that there was nothing wrong with the car when there is white smoke coming from the engine continuously. Very unhappy with the service and treatment. The car was called dirty when I took it in. That’s because the white smoke is then leaning soot on the car. It’s not dirt but from the exhaust. They did not bother to wash the car just said that I could go to car wash drive through with the card that they gave me. Very disappointed and 700 later still no answer about my car. More
