I appreciate being given a proper loaner vehicle when dropping off my car, but the drop off felt off. The person checking my car before being taken in made me feel like I was wrong/over exaggerating the dropping off my car, but the drop off felt off. When my car was ready for pick up I didn’t receive the complementary car wash I usually get after service. I’m not sure why my car was skipped, and made it seem as though the issues the car has isn’t a problem. I paid over $220 and didn’t get the same service as everyone else. I’m sorry but Infiniti dealership always made sure that anyone coming through service was well taken care of. More

I brought my car in more than once stating that it was running very rough and extremely loud. I also stated that my windshield washer fluid was leaking. Each time I came in I was told that nothing was wro running very rough and extremely loud. I also stated that my windshield washer fluid was leaking. Each time I came in I was told that nothing was wrong with my car. Fast forward to my tire popping, thankfully, next to American Tire Depot. They told me that not only was my washer fluid leaking but also 3 of the 4 brackets holding my engine in place were broken and my axle was cracked. This was causing the issue that no one seemed to find at your location. Ironically the parts ordered to fix my car came from Russell Westbrook Alfa Romeo Maserati Fiat. The customer service is excellent and I have been going here for quite some time, but I couldn’t send anyone to place that didn’t thoroughly check my car in good conscience. More
