I always like to give kudos where they are deserved. My experience with BJ was top notch. He was not pushy, came across generally honest and upfront the whole time. Sales people will use the same terminology that they all do like "Below Dealer cost" etc... as long as you understand that its a numbers game you will be fine. I will say that BJ got to good interest rate (My highest priority) for me and did it quick. He told me what he could and could not do and followed through on his promises. So I would recommend that you visit Van and call ahead for BJ, also remember that every car sold has the SkyTrack thinkgy for $500 that they will not remove (For me that was fine because my last car was stolen). Also don't be surprised of the sales manager up-selling you on a service contract. Although its not a bad deal, I declined it. All in all I was VERY happy with the whole process. I walked into this dealership without an appointment. I also walked in with an almost impossible situation. I was very upside down with my trade in which also was having horrible mechanical issues. I had to let go of the vehicle I originally wanted, but they were quick to get me into a wonderful car, get me all the extras, but most importantly out of the car I couldn't drive anymore all under the payment maximum I originally gave them.
