I had an issue with my truck at another shop when they tried to apply the extended warranty. I went back to Van Horn in Stevens Point. I spoke with Blake Dillavou, who referred me to Mr. Gelnetske, their tried to apply the extended warranty. I went back to Van Horn in Stevens Point. I spoke with Blake Dillavou, who referred me to Mr. Gelnetske, their GM. Within ten minutes, we spoke to Brian in the service dept. Brian said they will do an inspection and will get back to me. Within 24 hours, Brian got back to me and alluded to a few additional problems, saying they were all covered under warranty. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about Ford, which was a huge help with my truck issues. At the same time, Mr. Gelnetske ensured I had reliable transportation until my truck was repaired.
