This was my first visit to the dealership. My service appointment was easily made on-line. Service writer was friendly and efficient. Waiting are was neat, and accommodated social distancing. Wonderful I purchased my first ever brand new car this past weekend, a Jetta. The overall purchasing experience was simple, and much less stressful than even lo I purchased my first ever brand new car this past weekend, a Jetta. The overall purchasing experience was simple, and much less stressful than even looking at used cars and test driving them at other dealers. I did not feel pressured at all. I worked primarily with Nathan, but all the employees I met along the way (calling the dealership, paperwork, etc) were great and helpful.
