He gave me a choice with different options regarding models, trims and prices. Also test drives were easily possible incl. an introduction of the car and its features. There was no rush to buy it or make a down payment to lock it as I have experienced it at other car dealerships. When I had a question, Jacob had the answer. He was available for questions all the time even after my visit. Van Horn Volkswagen is in general a nice place with super helpful and friendly people. Additionally, my case was a kind of special which isn’t handled very often. I relocated from Germany to the Unites States and was looking for a reliable lease car. It turned out that this won’t be easy without a credit score in the US. Volkswagen has a program for foreigners who are new to the country and don’t have a credit history. Jacob did a great job and walked me through the whole process. He supported me in all matters, was patient all the time, helped me on an insurance, picked me up when I returned the rental car, etc. This guy is awesome! I really appreciate his help More
