I have gone to Van Horn VW for two different vehicles now. Unfortunately, I totaled the first car I got from them. I went back and requested Dale as my salesman as he was so pleasant to work with the fir now. Unfortunately, I totaled the first car I got from them. I went back and requested Dale as my salesman as he was so pleasant to work with the first time. I showed up and within hours I left with a new car. Dale is extremely kind, and even gave me a sandwich from his personal lunch when I said I was hungry and hadn’t eaten dinner. The staff at this dealership are extremely professional. They make you feel welcomed and do not pressure you to buy unless the vehicle is a perfect fit for you. I will continue to go back to this dealership as long as I purchase vehicles. More
