Andy was extremely supportive and p We purchased a new 2019 VW Tiguan from Van Horn VW in Sheboygan, WI. Our sales representative was Andy Vang Lee. Andy was extremely supportive and patient while working with us to test drive several models of Tiguans durning a very busy day at the dealership. He was again extremely professional and patient while working with us over the next couple days to arrive at a deal which was comfortable with us. Andy again showed his character when I oversaw him cleaning fingerprints from the exterior paint after we inspected the car prior to delivery. Andy truly was a pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Glad we met him. The purchase experience at Van Horn was friendly and comfortable. Very pleased we took the 60-minutes to drive there and check it out! More
