I had some concerns about the vehicle and Rob immediately had his manager ride with me to hear my issues. They addressed all of this and took the time to explain all the steps we were going through in the buying process. They even gave me a loaner car to drive until mine is ready, and offered to deliver my new vehicle to my work or home at my convenience.
