When I arrived and asked for Roy Edwards as I was told to do by the lady I spoke with the guy who greeted me (Jake) asked which car I was there to see. When I told him a honda CR -V he asked if it was blue with 149000 miles. I said yes. He told me he “thinks” he just sold it. Really? You sold a car within 30 minutes of my arrival and the paperwork is done and the people have left with the car already??? I think Van Horn Ford has to lie to people to get them to come in and buy their cars. I don’t know about you, but I do not trust people who lie to me!!!!!! Randy Mueller More
