He worked hard in getting the monthly payments to what we can afford. The very next day we drove off in our brand new 2018 Ford F-150 and 2018 Ford Escape. Bryan even came down on his day off (at which he was camping with his family) to make sure everything went smoothly and answer any more questions we might have before we drive the vehicles off the lot. When I arrived and asked for Roy Edwards as I was told to do by the lady I spoke with the guy who greeted me (Jake) asked which car I was there to see. When I told him a honda CR -V he asked if it was blue with 149000 miles. I said yes. He told me he “thinks” he just sold it. Really? You sold a car within 30 minutes of my arrival and the paperwork is done and the people have left with the car already??? I think Van Horn Ford has to lie to people to get them to come in and buy their cars. I don’t know about you, but I do not trust people who lie to me!!!!!! Randy Mueller More
