Excellence price poor detailing The price was lower than any other dealership that I searched on the internet. The problem was when I returned home after the purchase I noticed a den The price was lower than any other dealership that I searched on the internet. The problem was when I returned home after the purchase I noticed a dent had been put in the front passenger door after or during detailing. If I had seen a dent of that size before I agreed to purchase the truck I would not have purchased the truck. The dent was fixed the next day but I had to spend one and half hours there. If you know where the dent was you can still see that there was a dent. More

Service issues I have had my 2014 Escape in 8 times to fix antifreeze leaks. Everytime they fix one leak, it comes home with another leak in a new spot. I took it ba I have had my 2014 Escape in 8 times to fix antifreeze leaks. Everytime they fix one leak, it comes home with another leak in a new spot. I took it back to the dealer 3 days after I bought & have had to fight tooth & nail to get them to cover some of the repair costs. We'll see how this last report goes. More
