We bought a few vehicle's from this location and this experience was not a good one. On pick up day, we were there for almost 4 hours for a purchase that we had made 5 1/2 months prior. At pickup, the pr experience was not a good one. On pick up day, we were there for almost 4 hours for a purchase that we had made 5 1/2 months prior. At pickup, the price they started with was $12,000 more than what my original paperwork stated, good thing I brought my paperwork. I had to find my own rebates and the one the dealership had for me was removed when I found a better one. No explanation was given as to why. Eventually after a lot of back and forth by the sales manager (the salesman was totally ineffective and unhelpful) we got the numbers to work. The vehicle was not ready for pick up even though the salesman knew what time I was coming - vehicle was unwashed with just a couple gallons of gas in it, stickers still attached, etc. I don't know if it is the sign of the times but I hope my next purchase is better or I will go somewhere else. More

However, Patrick did an excellent job with pictures and videos of the vehicle that I eventually purchased. It was a very good experience and there was never any pressure from him. I chose to have the vehicle delivered to my house, and it arrived safely and looked great. Patrick was very prompt in replying to all of my questions, and the paperwork and payment was handled very securely electronically.
