Worst service ever!!!! I am very unhappy with First Chrysler Manitowoc, we were dealing with Alia, planned to look at a vehicle, had it all set up, she called and everyth I am very unhappy with First Chrysler Manitowoc, we were dealing with Alia, planned to look at a vehicle, had it all set up, she called and everything the same day, wanted it all set, do to a hour and half drive, we get there this evening and they sold it from under us.. I understand its a car dealership, but at least call us!!! VERY UNHAPPY.. And they did nothing For us.. Bad service all around!!! More

I had already seen a vehicle I was interested in, was immediately given the specs and allowed to take a test drive. Because I had had an accident and was without a vehicle, they were most helpful in completing the process in record time. John was thorough in giving me instructions and information concerning the vehicle and was instrumental in also replacing my license plates which had been damaged in the accident. This is the second time in recent months we have done business with John at First Chrysler, and both times the service has been great! Also Tim, who put together the paperwork, was extremely efficient and helpful. I would recommend doing business with this dealership at any time. Great friendly service is not always available elsewhere. Thanks to them I now have a vehicle and can feel free to return there for service and future business. They were busy with several other customers and succeeded in helping everyone who was there. More
