Great service! Everyone there was great. It wasn't the 'usual' pushy services. The team were very friendly and we witnessed them greet and treat everyone in the same Everyone there was great. very long wait time I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. this is by far the slowest service garage that I have experienced. either add more hours into the service I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. this is by far the slowest service garage that I have experienced. either add more hours into the service days, or upgrade the lube center for better through put. When I take my other vehicle to Gandrude Jeep Chrysler in Green bay my typical wait is 20-40 minutes and that will include a tire rotate. 2 hours for an oil change only is unacceptable More

Poor Sales Manager experience I was very disappointed in the Sales Manager. He told us numerous times that we would be taking the vehicle home with us, EVEN THOUGH he knew there w I was very disappointed in the Sales Manager. He told us numerous times that we would be taking the vehicle home with us, EVEN THOUGH he knew there were 3 items that needed to be addressed. We told him numerous times that we did not have the information available, and he continued to tell us that we would be able to take the vehicle with us. I regret signing all the paperwork since we did not take possession of the vehicle. What's to say one of your sales people has others taking "our" vehicle for a test drive???? What happens if "our" vehicle gets hit in your lot?????? Tom and your finance person where outstanding as usual. Just not impressed with the Sales manager. Tom is the one that keeps us going back. More

took way to long with everything, wouldnt buy from here I came in to the dealership looking for a certain type of car that my wife had wanted and was with in our budget. The sales person was nice but took f I came in to the dealership looking for a certain type of car that my wife had wanted and was with in our budget. The sales person was nice but took forever with everything because he was spread too thin with people there. They tryed to help us with financing which they couldnt do with in our availability so i had to go through my bank which was fine. I called early in the day to have them fax over the information the bank needed and let them know when i was going to be there for the car. I show up with my kids figuring at most 20 min to get everything done because all the paper work was done and i had the check. All that was needed was to sign for the title. Something that realistically should have only taken 5 min to do. I was there for almost 2 hours with 3 kids which were 7, 5, and 2. All i heard from the time i walked in till i bitched out the person at the main desk was oh it will be 10 min cuz your next. Nothing but excuses and wasted time to buy a vehical. I have never been to a dealership that has operated like this to where the customers are left to sit there for hours to buy a car. I was going to buy a truck from there next year once i got this car paid off and better credit but after this there is no way im comming back. I also wouldnt have anyone i know go there either. More

We had done our homework as we knew we would be car shopping with our 2 month old twins in tow. We were so very happy with the quick response to test drive 2 of the Grand Caravans on their lot and to have someone look at our trade-in. Rosie, our sales person, was efficient and knowledgeable as she helped us make decisions and move towards purchasing our Grand Caravan. Unexpected happiness! I had owned an '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but was having ignition problems with it. Although the latest repair was under a recall and wasn't going to c I had owned an '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but was having ignition problems with it. Although the latest repair was under a recall and wasn't going to cost me anything to have it repaired (3rd time), I decided to take a look around the lot while waiting for the service work to be completed. (By the way, the service department was wonderful by giving me an appointment within less than 24 hours of my reporting the issue.) I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a new vehicle on this day and had seen a Renegade at the Chicago Auto Show in February 2015 and thought it was a piece of junk. However, I had a strong affinity for a white 2015 Renegade Latitude on a special sale at 1st Chrysler. Andrew approached me and introduced himself and was extremely pleasant to talk with. No high pressure or gimmicks, and as a female perusing the lot by myself, I felt 100% respected. I truly laughed out loud when he stated that he would do his best to "set me up with the Renegade to take it home today." Again, I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle at all. I took a test drive though, and had to admit that my original impression of the Renegade from last year was not accurate; it was indeed a great vehicle, and the options this particular Renegade had were perfect for my needs and wants. Andrew then had my current vehicle appraised and I was very pleased with a more than fair offer for it. Long story short; I had arrived at the dealership at 8:30 AM with a broken down '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee with almost 83,000 miles on it, and left at 2:30 in a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude and I couldn't be happier. Andrew was also very helpful with the technology end of things by assisting me in setting up my phone with the car, and several other personal settings. I appreciated Andrew's professionalism, directness, honesty, and level or respect. I would not hesitate to do business with him again. Overall, I had a wonderful experience trading in and purchasing a new vehicle; something that can often be quite stressful and unpleasant at other dealerships. More
