The business manager sold the aspects of the car, Finance department gave many payment options, tried to push the extra service plans and add-ins a little too much, but that's his job. Overall, a positive experience, but slightly put off in the beginning. had I not connected on a common interest outside of car buying/selling, I would have probably left and came back another time. I'm sure this salesman has a role and does well with some customers, but not the right personality for me to do a deal with, man to man. I'd be remiss without saying that the main reason I came back was because of a positive experience the week prior with Rosie. She had a pinch-hitter step in when she had to help another customer, but Rosie was the hook, a delight to work with. More

Andrew was very helpful during the entire process, from the test drive all the way through to me driving out with my car. Taylor did a great job of explaining everything and breaking down all of the paperwork. He was also very understanding, considering that I'd forgotten to bring the title for my trade-in. All-in-all, I was in and out with a new car in about three hours, including having the Luxcare applied. More

New Dodge Ram Joe had too many things he was trying to do at one time (other customers). If he would have taken care of the customers as they came in, both he and Joe had too many things he was trying to do at one time (other customers). If he would have taken care of the customers as they came in, both he and the customers would have been better off. Other employee's could have helped the other customers. I talked to another lady in the parking lot that had been waiting for a while and she was walking if she didn't get taken care of shortly. I felt like I was imposing on him by trying to buy a new truck. Lots of cars to choose from and I think they were fair with me otherwise. Joe talks a lot, but does not listen to what you have to say.
