Lengthy I was overall disappointed with a certain staff member at this dealership and I felt as if I was not the top priority since I was purchasing a used ca I was overall disappointed with a certain staff member at this dealership and I felt as if I was not the top priority since I was purchasing a used car. Nothing was ready when I came to pick up my vehicle which resulted in what could have been a 10 to 20 minute trip to about an hour and a half long trip. All of this could have been prevented if things would have been put in order the day I made the deal with Tom, but since that did not happen I had to deal with the stress of not having everything ready to go when I picked up my car.
