oil change service I traveled from Green Bay to get my second of two complimentary oil changes which I appreciated. But your express oil service is a joke. If your going to have your oil service men visit with each other all the while they should be working don't put the waiting room where your can watch them. Went in for a 2014 Jeep Gr Had to call parts Dept 3 weeks after ordering a pair of oem shocks because there is a disconnect between parts and service. Went in for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee rear shock leak replacement at 10 am and the recall software for not going into park. Picked up car at 5pm and no software download was performed as promised when vehicle was dropped off. Service writer had no answer as to why it wasn't performed. More

Express should mean express I called recently to make an appointment for an oil change for a van purchased at First Chrysler and was told I needed no appointment rather just come I called recently to make an appointment for an oil change for a van purchased at First Chrysler and was told I needed no appointment rather just come through the express oil change. I was at this express appointment for at least an hour. I'm not sure this is what I had in mind for express service. However, please note that my past experiences "with appointments" have always been exceptional. Please advise future callers that express service is not quite as fast as might be implied by the word express. More
Working with Joe was a pleasure as usual. We came in looking for a new van. You have a "zillion" of them on the lot so choosing was not difficult. We got what we wanted in a timely fashion. We have bought cars from Joe for 20+ years and would do so again. He knows his cars and is charming :) We did find Taylor in finance to be a bit pushy about extended warranties. He did not want to be told "no" and questioned us repeatedly. That was not appreciated. We are "seasoned" buyers and know what we wanted. His "people-reading skills" could be worked on. Felt kind of bad that the logo says "Van Horn" not "First Chrysler". Our checks made out to "First Chrysler" were certainly accepted! More
