Quick, Easy, Reliable, Attentive I came to this dealership completely frustrated with the car buying experience and they were able to turn that around. I went to another dealer and explained I have financing through our credit union, just moved here from out of state with a family, trying to buy a home (primary priority) and couldn't discuss financing; we couldn't afford to run our credit anymore. They proceeded to ask my interest rate. I asked to get out the door at a certain budget. They offered numbers at thousands more. I wanted to look at cars with larger back seats for the space of a carseat and was asked if we could get a smaller carseat. I didn't take any of these situations as being anything more than a sale. Finally, I was referred to First Chrysler. I walked in, was able to sit in a child friendly waiting area with drinks, snacks, books, toys..etc. Waiting with a 3 year old was so much easier! The sales rep that was recommended stayed focused on what we needed. He even kept me on track a few times. He sat down and searched the entire inventory. If we found one I liked, he would check on the title history, accident history, maintenance.. etc. If all of that checked out, I would test drive. I was there three hours but it was well spent time. I found exactly what I wanted! I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE! Ask for Joe. :) More

Work not complete Water leaking into trunk. Was told that weatherstripping needed to be replaced for >$300. I okayed the repair. When the car was returned I checked the Water leaking into trunk. Was told that weatherstripping needed to be replaced for >$300. I okayed the repair. When the car was returned I checked the paperwork. The repair order stated that work was done and no water leaking occurred when it was checked. 2 days later I found the trunk again filled with water after a rain storm. I notified the service department again that there was water in the trunk. I told them it appeared to be coming from the rear tail light area and traveled to the spare tire compartment in the trunk. Also you could see the water stains on the carpet from previous leaking from the tail light. It appeared that the weather stripping was not causing the leaking problem. I asked if there would be a charge for more work since I had already paid $340 for a repair that did not fix the problem. They stated they would do the diagnostics free of charge. Service stated that both rear tail light gaskets had been the cause of the leaking. Did not charge for the gasket replacements. Thank you. More
